Attorneys

Rachel was born and raised in Seattle and is a lifelong lover of the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She moved to Portland to attend law school, where she was actively involved in public advocacy-focused curriculum and student groups and was privileged to have three published authorships. Rachel graduated from law school with honors and a certification in environmental and natural resources law. She has worked for numerous nonprofit organizations prior to joining Kerr Robichaux & Carroll, and deeply enjoys advocating for those who may not otherwise be in a position to tackle the often-daunting legal process. She is committed to showing her clients the compassion and attention to detail they deserve.
